Altenator repair
The alternator is the vehicle’s power generator, designed to charge the vehicle’s battery and supply power to the rest of the electrical system while the car operates.
The battery and other electrical systems of a vehicle run on direct current. The ever-increasing needs of modern cars have led manufacturers to use modern alternating current generators, which then convert them into direct current.
The alternator with alternating current (A.C.), compared to the alternator with direct current (D.C.), has many advantages, such as:
- Longer life span
- Less weight and size (for the same power)
- Higher degree of efficiency
- Lower construction costs
- Electricity generation and idle power generation
