How often do I have to issue an emissions card?
All vehicles must have an emissions emission control card for one (1) year from their first day of operation.
It is then renewed yearly for E.I.X. and F.I.X. up to 3.5 tonnes gross weight. Taxis and F.I.X. over 3.5 tonnes are required to take out a K.E.K. 6 months after they are purchased as new and every 6 months after that.
For the issue of an emissions card, you have to visit a garage or KTEO, and only the registration permit is required.
